Debra led of team of 13 System Analyst to convert 288 stores and eighteen distribution systems to a new Point of Sales (POS) System in addition to coordinating the inbound movement of containers from Asia for the fourth largest lumber and building material retailer in the USA.

Debra was elected President of the Kansas City Chapter of the National Association of Marketing and Development (NAMD) and successfully formed the largest member chapter in less than one year and landed the National Conference for the City of Kansas City
